Subscription Refund Policy
Understand how cancellations work and why refunds are not applicable for our Software as a Service platform.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the terms related to subscription, payment, cancellation, and service usage offered through the ERP platform designed for Educational Institution Management Systems (EIMS). By subscribing to or using the services, users and institutions acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.
The platform operates strictly as a Software as a Service (SaaS) application, where access to software, infrastructure, and platform availability is provided on a subscription basis. No refund options are available under any circumstances once a subscription payment has been successfully processed, irrespective of usage, duration, or institutional decisions.
Subscriptions may be offered on monthly, quarterly, annual, or custom contractual plans. Once payment is completed and access to the platform is granted, the subscription is deemed active and non-refundable. Cancellation of a subscription will only result in termination of future access and does not entitle the subscriber to any refund, prorated credit, or compensation for unused subscription periods.
All subscription fees paid towards platform access, licensing, infrastructure availability, and service readiness are strictly non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether the platform is actively used, partially used, or unused during the subscription period.
Payments made for implementation services, onboarding, customization, integration, data migration, configuration, training, or any one-time setup services are also strictly non-refundable. These services involve allocation of dedicated technical resources and cannot be reversed once initiated.
No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction, change in institutional requirements, internal administrative decisions, budgetary constraints, or failure to fully understand the platform features prior to subscription. Institutions are advised to request product demos, documentation, or clarifications before making a payment decision.
In the event of service interruption due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, force majeure events, or regulatory requirements, no refunds or credits shall be provided. Reasonable efforts will be made to restore services within acceptable timelines.
Cancellation requests may be submitted at any time, but such cancellation will only prevent future renewals and will not result in any refund or financial adjustment for the current or past subscription periods.
The platform reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website, and continued use of the services shall constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
